Refund policy

Dear costumer,

Returns and refund are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order. Refund is only applicable  to   items that have been unused. Kindly note, Customer must provide return shipping fee, only in cases where you received a wrong order then we will be happy to bear all shipping costs. 

 For customised wigs or coloured bundles, these  are not allowed to be returned or exchanged, kindly  contact us on  Beautybyclar27@gmail.com if something is unclear and will be glad to  assist you.
